​Racine Harbor Markets - Vendor Application
​In order to submit your application you must have:
  1. Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Kenosha Common Markets, Inc. as additional insured. This may be uploaded as part of this application or emailed to kfitzgerald@kenoshaharbormarket.com
  2. Pictures of the product(s) you are selling.
  3. All required fields must have accurate information entered.
Once you start the form it cannot be saved for a later date.
Incomplete forms will not be processed. All products/services must be authorized by the Kenosha Common Markets' Board each year. Please provide detailed descriptions of all vendor items. In short, the materials you submit with this application must clearly show the quality and/or expertise of what you plan to sell.
